1. If you already know it's a baby killer perk (not for huntresses or nurse with a specific perk build) so why are you fussing about it being useless to a new killer?
2. 3x distortion counter is horse sh*t, perk countering isn't a deliberate thing in dbd, simply because neither side can see each other's perks.
3. Lethal pursuer is NOT a mediocre perk, since it allows you to engage first chase and pressure gens on the fly as a killer. You're entire basis of claiming this perk useless is unsubstantial.
It gets you in a chase quickly (which may be bad if it's a good survivor) lasts 9 seconds, then what? it's gone
Distortion is very common now and should be in most builds since there's many wheelchair mechanics to reveal survivor auras from doing hardly nothing.
No thanks, i'd rather stick to having good sound, tracking ability and map awareness instead of using a stabiliser perk designed for new players. Funny how i win practically every killer game without it, almost like it's a skill issue.
Lethal can teach you to eventually learn spawn patterns yeah, but it also gets early pressure if anyone isn't running dissolution plus the added bonus of +2 seconds of aura reading to any other aura perk/addon.
Windows of opportunity isn't a baby perk like lethal since only survivors who know what they're doing and will actually make use of knowing where nearby windows and pallets are will make good use of it. Lethal is for the opposite type of player who are just desperate to find people quickly and are new/not particularly skilled
I've been around these forums long enough to see every build be considered 'cheap.' I'm not impressed when I see that thrown around anymore.
Now facecamping and tunneling? You can convince me it's a cheap tactic, even if it's required in some cases. But aura reading? Once you identify which aura reading perks/addons the killer has it's easy enough to avoid. And once you know they have lethal, add 2 seconds to that timer in your head before leaving the lockers and be spotted by BBQ.
It's also logically inconsistent that you say it's a bad perk and only baby Killers would use it when they should be using something stronger. If they are using bad perks and winning then they are doing well for themselves.
Aura read for the Killer is way overrated by Survivor mains because they assume that Killers have to have direct line of sight in order to know what's going on. But that's just... not the case. There are parts where aura read is incredibly strong, like A Nurse's Calling and Undying (for totem builds), because the aura read occurs when the Survivors are doing something you can exploit or need to defend against. But in general, it's a weak mechanic for Killers that have gamesense.
The bird's are a rifle, not a machine gun, man
Literally this, i only get 3 shots, it's not like the Trickster's knives where i can shoot like 50 birds everywhere lol
