upgrading perks from shrine of secrets..

hey guys, sorry if this is a stupid question, I havent played in years. Anyways, I bought a perk from the Shrine of Secrets and see now it allows me to keep paying shards to upgrade the perk I bought. My question is this; can i continue to find that perks upgrade in my bloodwed? Or do I have to keep upgrading with shards to get it maxed out? Im assuming as I keep blasting through levels on my bloodwed i will end up with the best version of the perk I bought from the shrine of secrets. Any help/advice you have for me is appreciated, thank you.

getting a perk from shrine works the same way as bringing the corresponding killer/survivor to P1/P2/P3. When you buy the perk from the shrine, you will have level 2 and level 3 upgrades in the bloodweb. If you upgrade the perk in shrine to level 2, you will have perk already in your inventory at level 2, while you will need to upgrade it to level 3 through bloodweb.
If you upgrade it to level 3 through shrine, you will have it permanently in inventory at level 3 for all killers.
So, long story short: Yes, you can get the upgrades from the bloodweb.
