Do rift rewards eventually end up in the store?

As the title says I did something so stupid and literally missed my first rift because I got my games mixed up and took forever to check on DBD to see if there was a rift. I thought because of the tools of torment was out, that was the beginning of the new rift as I had already gotten the previous one completed and thought I had plenty of time to get the rift completed. Not the case at the rift finished on the 5th of April and usually it takes me a weekend to complete this.

I think some of the items are repeating from whatever other previous event, and others are on that web only, including some charms and cosmetics.
They also have made it where paid cosmetics will eventually turn into shard cosmetics after some time, I don't know if that applies to the rift cosmetics or not.

I think the only cosmetics that won't be put in the store are the Deep Rift ones

The items after level 70 with alternate colors are considered deep rift cosmetics, I don't think they have ever come back.

Some old rift cosmetics have returned to the store and are purchasable. Not the charms though. Also, the operative word there is "some". Some of the older ones like Felix's costume have yet to return.
