Vs Singularity Strategy

I don't want to bash a killer, I don't want arguments over it, purely strategy on gameplay: what do y'all do vs the Singularity as survivor?

I just find it very frustrating that you have to spend so long constantly charging the EMP printers to disable the cameras. Aside from map chance being indoors, any map with open sightlines such as the forest, nostromo, wrecker's yard, they all feel like there's very little you can do to not have him aware of your location at all times. Even if you can prevent him teleporting to you, which requires you to be pretty quick, his built-in time-waster of EMPs feels strong, considering he can still look through EMP'd cameras.

Is the counterplay just "forget everyone else and do generators hard while everyone else is slugged/dying?"

Clearly, this is from a solo player's standpoint, where teammates abilities vastly vary.

Singularity is played like Twins being a coordinated team based killer. Since you're solo q, if you're struggling with chases, stagnant tiles like t&l's, jungle gyms, 4 lanes, and their variants are his weaknesses. How are you using your EMPs? If you're the one being chased, charging them while creating distance and blocking los helps heavily! If your teammate is being chased, use it in areas where they not only would need it but can also use the time being unaffected to get into a better situation/ area, you don't want to waste the emp or precious time. If you're having trouble creating pressure, I'll try to aid you with that as well. Let's create the worst case scenario: Hux doesn't want to chase, he's holding a 3 gen on Haddonfield, and he's running sloppy butcher + soma family photo. Your biggest counterplay is taking your time, savoring resources for dire situations, maxing out his gen kicks, and valuing your health states. If you're not the biggest fan of competitive DBD, still utilizing their tourneys as resources to understand how to play against and counter certain killers can help A TON.
