By hey, in this day and age any multiplayer game has to cater to these people who end up being the most toxic players around, cool, let's keep those MFers around
I completely agree if you use the endurance effect from Base or enhanced BT to take a hit (which is fine) you can't in turn complain about being tunneled.
However, I honestly don't see that happen very often - either the survivor ran into the killer on accident and never intended on taking a hit, or the killer literally waits out the free BT and then hits them (seen this more than a few times with killers running a mori).
But it needs to be fixed so survivors can't abuse it
If the survivor is able to use Borrowed Time against you, then it most likely means that you were already tunneling to begin with. The survivor is using the only means they have to punish you for tunneling. If they didn't use it, it means they go down in 10 seconds.
So to answer you question, you were probably tunneling. You're not going to get hit by Borrowed Time if you were chasing someone else. You get hit by Borrowed Time because you are right next to the hooked survivor.
Your name also leads credence to this, "The CEO of Tunneling".
the toxic behavior of killers must be regulated. basekit ds, otr, kindred, guardian and reassurance is the bare minimum.
\ Not accurate. Some people unhook much sooner then they should. And even if you are near the hook, a majority of players aren't going right after the person off hook, but the person who rescued. If you body block for the person who rescued, yes, you deserve to be tunneled.
