Yeah that's great but means nothing. What matters is the size of the actual game, what you do, player count, and graphics. DbD has low-quality graphics, small contained maps, and 5 max players per match. There is no reason this game should be over 20 GB, like many other games with similar player counts and game design.
Most of the games in my steam library are between 15 and 30 GB and I have over 250 games in my account, so there's my cherry-picked anecdote lol.
Please also keep in mind the game keeps expanding, so this means more space is needed as more contents gets added, etc.
DBD gets bigger with every chapter release. Its up about 10GB in a year, at least 7.
DBD is 43.3 on disc, and youre going to need a bunch of disc space for it to update as well.
