Oni no terror radius

i've been seeing a lot of onis just walking to me with no terror radius, i check aftergames and they do not have any perks related, anyone else had this bug?

You're new to the game. I'm certain that he had some perk that made him undetectable, like Tinkerer, Dark Devotion or Trail of Torment, these are the only perks.

Low/non-existent terror bug was introduced with the Twins expansion update. It might be fixed, might be not.

Maybe they just broke off a chase and had beast of prey active.

I run it on my monstrous shrine build, alongside iron grasp and predator.

If you are 100% sure there was nothing to remove his terror radius (Tinkerer, Furtive Chase, Monitor & Abuse and such), it may be a bug, so please go here:
