1. PSU is not enough power for the PC to run everything.
2. Graphics card is overheating (Bad cooling or maybe the thermal paste is old if you have had the card for a long time as in a few years)
3. too many programs running and the CPU and GPU cant keep up.
4. You overclocked the PC and the OC is not stable.
5. The Graphics card is going bad and need replaced.
I have had the issue with this in the past and #2 was the issue once and #5 was an issue I had with my EVGA 2080ti not long ago and I had to send it back after it was shutting down at only 60 degrees because it was going bad. MOST people however that have this issue, it is caused because of #1 and the PSU is either to weak or going bad itself. I would start there.
And true, it could be psu issue as well, but it still doesn't explain why only dbd causes it. It sounds like purely electronic malfunction, so exceptions like this are unlikely.
Possibly errors on your hard drive? I haven't heard of this issue before. Try running user benchmark and see how it rates your hard drive.
