Since you can also report players for camping, slugging etc.
It just there for you to report and make yourself feel better.

When people report camping/tunneling/slugging/NOED/Flanklin's Demise/Mori/Haunted Grounds/Devour Hope, there is not enough staff to check the real cheating reports.

Here's the difference:

Camping/tunneling/slugging is part of the game. You can do this stuff in the game without 3rd party mods.

Completing generators within 3 seconds, insta healing with no perks/items, or running at 150% speed as a survivor is kind of not something a normal person can do within the game.
I mean, until the inevitable bug comes where you can do that.

These are not bannable.
They are part of the game.
Real cheaters and extremely rude people* are getting banned. Cheaters require in-game report and an additional ticket with a video as proof.

*: wishing illness or worse, blatant racism or bigotry Inthe end game chat.

Camping and tunneling are not bannable. Read the game rules. Cheats and hacking definitely get banned.
