I don't see many cheaters either, sure you just don't assume they are cheating when they are not?

it would work for sure if something like 100'000 of people will report a single cheater.

Sometimes there are many factors, such as perks, add-ons, etc. where someone might think it's cheating, but it's not and those might not result in a ban.

But if someone is cheating and is properly reported in the game, action will be taken. Please just keep in mind there are many reports and as of now, there is no Feedback system to let you know action has been taken or whatsoever. I've had my share of people teleporting around. In fact I'm getting sick of it. This is what happen when you play against those console players with bad connections. Removing cross-platform can help tremendously in this since most PC players actually have good internet connection instead of Wifi and some such.

That statement does kinda negates itself tho? I mean, if so many people can hide their cheating, how can you claim there are so many cheaters in the first place? Thats like claiming there are so many aliens on earth, but nobody sees it because they are so good at hiding...
