The perk are worthless and i cant even see using any of those perk on him or any other killer. I wish bhvr could make better perk specially for the killer but it feel like they dont know how to make them.
Playing against him was a learning curve but I think I am at a good spot now. Certainly weaker compared to blight especially around palettes. The body block can't be reproduced reliably and his ability hit box is a curse in disguise for him.
The perks are pretty weak this time around.
Forever Entwined - maybe there is some shenanigans you can pull off with starstruck but overall pretty weak compared to fire up/ brutal strength or agitation
Hex: Nothing but Misery - pretty much a joke . especially considering what killer it was designed for
None Are Free - honestly I never was a fan of end game perks. Loosing the game to win? Eh, OK I guess? Sort of a must have if you run No: Ed. Then again no way out is similarly helpful and blood warden can guarantee you even more kills if played right.
