Kaneki ruined DBD for lots of people.
You'd think the devs would be experienced and would understand their game and what would make the game unbalanced or not, especially for a 9 year old game, but nope.

"Let's make a killer that traverses like Spider-Man, while being far easier to hit your target than Nurse, Blight, Billy, and Oni combined, it's going to be fair and balanced!"

Get the f outta here. I don't know how they still can't balance their game after so long. Even more jarring how it gets over 50K players on Steam alone. People really need to play a different game because this is the worst year for DBD by far. This game objectively isn't fun.

Not only kaneki. This game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unbalanced since years. Even the Freddy buff is so op. But we know that these devs do everything to boost killers
I like him
not just the lore but the chaos in the games.
good times

Wait, is the game ruined for lots of people or YOU want that to be the case? In one hand you say that, and on the other you say the game has over 50k players and that "people really need to play a different game".
Are you sure this isn't just wishful thinking coming from you?

Judging from the Steam and Reddit forums, yes, people are starting to drift away from DBD simply because of Kaneki, and I don’t blame them.

To answer your other question, also yes, a video game shouldn’t thrive with players simply because there’s no other competition and the devs can just release anything no matter how unhealthy it can be, if a game isn’t good or the devs can’t make good decisions for their game, people should play another game, very simple. People who can’t are simply addicted.
FIX THIS ABOMINATION... with his power literally hiting through solid walls/corners on jigsaw map. Can't loop the killer because he has range like nemesis with his whip. It doesnt even matter if the killer has ping or not. Not even talking about it also doesnt matter if im standing 5 meter away from the killer jumped through window he still hitting me.

I'm not saying I like him but I atleast had a funny moment against one earlier. I was saving a survivor from hook on top of a mound at the end of the game and instead of hitting me, he completely overshot the hook and went flying to the ground below.
