Concerning haste and hindered changes
Devs stated that they will make haste and hindered perks not stack anymore which is a horrible change and will only incentivise meta builds while creative and fun build go out the window, pls everyone let them know that this is not a good change!

I'd say it's a good change. They are going to buff existing haste and hindered perks instead. So you'll still get value, without haste or hindered guaranteeing you a hit or an escape. New "Knock out" + "Hex: Nothing but misery" is a death sentence for newer players who don't know all the perks and just predrop and run away. From the other side, two coordinated survivors with several haste perks are literally uncatchable.

No way man, its really hard to get any value out of both of these perks but I don't really care about the hindered. What Im saying is I stand for everyone here man, survivors also have a cool haste synergies I don't want them to be gone!
Very creative to run a bunch of haste perks together.
Maybe use Potential Energy every so often, or Calm Spirit, Hyperfocus.
I've predicted many many times what perks someone is running just from the lengths of my chases and how often they get to pallets/windows/loops, and I was right many times on what perks they had.
You're just being predictable at this point, use other perks, be interesting, BE DIFFERENT! Or risk getting easily mind-gamed and predicted over and over.
Read why they're cancelling them, "They were more powerful in combination than intended." They're going to fix that. Would you rather them weaken both perks individually, or buff each perk to be more powerful individually while not being overpowered?

We need a rework to Dark Theory as it stands. Nobody takes the perk and was only used in niche/gimmicky haste builds. Shot in the dark idea, but maybe it can extend hook times if a hooked survivor was in the boon aura?

Kinda selfish of you... Have you tried stacking all haste perks to be 150% killer? no...

I dont like this change because its boring as sin but its a good change despite my feelings, going against a speed build on either side can feel so extremely unfun even if there are better things around
It's generally a bad change. It hurts build diversity even more. Haste builds are meme builds outside of the MFT era, but that era fixed. Hinder doesn't do much with stacking as is but it does hurt specific killers.

It is, however, a safe change and I get why bhvr want it. Now they won't have to consider all the perk interactions ehen making new perks. I feared this would happen when MFT hit and it did, just far later than I figured.

I don't use haste perks on Killers often, I use: Lightborn, Surveillance, Enduring, Fire Up, Mad Grit, Agitation, Hex: The Third Seal. Those are my commons ones. Last I recall using haste is when I began using Shadowborn to get the newest achievement easier (Get blinded 30 times and hit people who blinded me, moving faster after being blinded is gonna be pretty helpful in that case).
I also don't see what is selfish, me suggesting you be less predictable and use different perks. I've had lots of times where without a certain perk, I'd have been screwed by a certain Killer (namely Doctor while I use Calm Spirit, not screaming is a nice way to hide from someone who forces screaming).
Varying perks can mean you'll be better off than with other perks you use (Maybe running a certain perk will make it so you don't get hooked and have to use DS or Off The Record), so you shouldn't rely on stacking haste, because if you do, you're just shooting yourself in the foot by making it obvious what perks you have, making you predictable.

Would you rather see more stale meta perks on both sides? Nobody has complained about it so its not a problem. Devs are looking for problems that don't exist.

'I don't use these perks so I don't care' so why are you here.

Because I can be, and I am allowed to talk because freedom of speech applies to everyone. Just because I disagree with something posted doesn't mean I can't talk.
Also, I'm telling you to maybe run different perks to stand a better chance against the Killers, and I know you'll be like "I don't have to listen" and that's true, you don't HAVE TO, but, that doesn't mean I can't suggest you do it anyway.
I also never said I don't use the perks ever, I just don't use the perks often AND together, and you should get used to doing that now too, cos your precious haste isn't gonna stack and save you like it did before.

I don't think it's a bad change but it's not one that should be stuffed into a minor patch. Weaker m1 killers, Clown in particular, will he hurt more by this change while top tiers like Nurse, Blight, Billy and Kaneki won't even notice anything happened.
i get wanting to stop haste perks from stack but why hindered? it is so rare and the killers that use it may need that extra little hindered from a perk or two, personally i think hindered is fine where it is, it could use a change or two overall but eh i will take what i can get
I wonder if they considered just changing it from "No stacking" to just putting a cap on how much haste/hindered both sides can stack instead.

Like "We're scared of seeing survivors with Dark Theory, Hope, Made for This, and Power of two with a blight serum so they can take all five pieces of exodia and be a kajillion percent faster." So cap it at like 10% haste max? If even that, honestly, survivors getting extra movement speed can be pretty crazy on some killers that have functionally no power at loops. 10% haste means nothing against Nurse and Blight, but against a Legion who's trying to walk you down? lol

It just feels like they've got other pressing concerns and projects to work on rather than making some significant change like this.
