All you need is agitation. When survivors see it once, they'll never bother coming near you again. Having a bigger TR means they'll hide that much sooner.

Nurse: just use starstruck xd

[Ailor]

Don't listen to dudes advising Distressing to you. It's a very bad perk that doesn't help you even with starstruck. Agitation is enough to increase TR.

do the clown starstruck build: starstruck agitation, iron grasp and mad grit
addons: the ones that influence the yellow bottles so, when u throw them at ur feet when u pick up it will dramatically speed you up

Add Jigsaw piece or I.D. card and you basically give so much pressure per pick up that survivors don't bother with gens for 30 seconds. That's what I love about this perk, even though it only has one effect, it puts survivors on edge and gives free gen pressure.

pretty true tho would switch the Jigsaw piece with the Midwich Elementry school mainly cuz The Game is a great map for loops unlike the School which also by itself is an amazing map for killers
