yes but once you hook someone on the scource, you are not holding them anymore so thrilling tremors shouldn´t prog again if I remember the perk right

If you hook someone with thrilling tremors that blocks a gen with progression it would not hit that gen. It "works" but it has its downsides.

Well I believe the 15% would come off the generator, but if it's blocked then it won't continue to regress afterward as though you kicked it

If the gen is blocked it won't take the 15%, it'll hit the next most progressed. If there isn't one, it simply wouldn't do anything at all. Gen being blocked means nothing affects it. Not ruin, not any regression or progression. It stays stagnant.

yea theres a reason why you just run dead mans with it since it progs on the hook and for longer, there is no reason to run tremors tbh except ofc not having the perk or bad bloodweb luck

16 seconds of blocking does next to nothing to experienced people. It's an information perk that is outshined by BBQ. If it forced survivors off specific gens and not every gen is available, then it'd be worth taking.

PR doesn't hit blocked generators at all, I can personally confirm that this combo will hit a generator with lower progression if the highest is blocked (I accidentally ran this combo earlier today. So I can personally confirm that this is what happened).
