DC Penaltys for Console Players too?

have Console Players also DC Penaltys?
bcs. when I play Trapper and I have a Lobby with 2 Console Players and 2 PC Players the Console Players dc all the time when I hit them.

Last Game 4 Console Players, all 4 dc on first Hit..
