An unknown error occured

Hello. My friend is facing an error from the title of the discussion. Whenever he joins my lobby, after some time, like 1min of searching the game, he is being kicked out from the lobby to the main menu and gets such message. He was checking the files in the properties of the game numerous times, also reinstalled the game, but that didnt work at all. Nothing like that occured in the past, only for the last two days he has such problem. Does anyone had it before and solved it somehow? Any solution would be very much appreciated!
