Now, if the perk SHOULD deactivate in this case, that is a legitimate argument to make.
Yeah it should have that requirement that it deactivates if door is opened.
It still is not a bug. This is a game play tactic and it was shown by a youtuber sometime ago. That youtuber does not even play the game as he got fed up with Behavior not listening to him or other fog whisperers. It only works on that specific map and can be countered if survivors manage to start opening the door when the last gen pops like you can by just going to the door when the gen is getting finished.
And he put the map offering + bring all the perks for it so he was very knowledgeable about the bug happening and wanted to abuse it
