DBD is still in Nvidia's list of supported games as of today.

I don't recommend using Reshade because several multiplayer online games have blocked or banned Reshade. E.g.: PUBG, CS2, CSGO, CoD Warzone, Overwatch, Ark Survival Evolved, etc. I don't want to worry about being banned in a random game because I forgot to check if ReShade was allowed.

I suggest simply adjusting your hardware settings. Or at least, that's what I've done for the same visual effect previously achieved with Nvidia filters.
Run "Nvidia Control Panel". Under "Display" and "Adjust desktop color settings", use the sliders for gamma, brightness and contrast. Display output (monitors/TVs) calibration is allowed by all games.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled DBD. Nvidia filters is still not working with DBD for me.
