For future reference (meaning when not bugged), you can hover over the emblem after the game and it'll break down what the points come from, and the text at the top will sometimes say "do this to get Iri"
To be more specific, in order to get an Iridescent emblem in this category, you have to get 35 points in that emblem category. You get 10 points for ending the game prior to a gate opening. The rest of the points are calculated by how many generators remain to be completed each minute you're in the trial, up to 9 minutes. So you can get a maximum of 45 points by preventing gen progress (preventing any gens from popping for 9 minutes)
