Why does Stranger Things DLC never go on sale?

Idk, but I’m guessing it was before it was pulled the first time. According to Steam db there hasn’t been any sale since November of last year-I can’t check further back than that-it doesn’t show the date of the lowest sale price (In US currency-$4.79).

Pretty sure that Netflix's conditions with BHVR regarding the content being added back were very restrictive. Hawkins, for instance, I don't believe has been updated to address numerous bugs that have popped up with it since it was brought back, like event/killer item spawns blocking pathways. It also hasn't gone on sale once since its return even when everything else has.
