Frank stone is a prequel? (Spoiler)

Just completed the frank stone game & the ending is pretty much the creation of the dead by daylight trials, making this a prequel? Seeing as the original cast sitting around the original menu campfire are also present. Frank stone created the whole ritual then?

nah I dont think, that he was the first one, also I think they used the original cast for the reason, that they are the original cast
also wraith weapon, huntress mask, all the dolls and killer add ons... the hillbilly diorama, nah, frank stone is just another killer

It seemed like it may have been the creation because it’s how the entity got into the human world. Unless that was just one of many arenas. I suppose it’s possible all the killers have their own similar origin stories in their own worlds since the game seems to hint at various worlds

It was stated that the entity brings killers from different worlds and versions, even the same survivor but from an alternate universe like in that past tome with multiple copies of the same survivor.
