-Distressing
-Hex: haunted ground
-Hex: thrill for the hunt
This 2 hex give more bp, and slow the game, because survivors star clean, and see thrill, and then, :O he want to protect the totems, I'm gonna waste a few years for clean, and then, Surprise! xDDD, work almost always. *Edit: usually after that they leave thrill intact, so u win more bp
This build give you a ton of BP and still can kill a lot if know how to play doc
The fourth perk has a little more leeway. Huntress Lullaby is probably the most common choice since having no sound cue on Overcharge checks makes them that much harder to do as well as making it a little more likely survivors will miss the standard checks. But other options include Coulrophobia (to halve healing speed in your terror radius), Overwhelming Presence or Franklin's Demise (if you have a pet peeve about tools), or Agitation (which gives you an even bigger terror radius and faster movement when you carry someone).
