So imo: no. DLCs aren't worth buying. Except you physically can't survive without a licensed character.

Here are the ones you should consider if you don't have time to wait/grind, and again it also depends on what killers you want to play:
Killer:
BBQ (its mainly to help you grind BP), and gives map util (Leatherface)
Thrilling Tremors (Ghost face)
Discordance(Legion)
Hex Haunted Ground (Spirit)
Play with your food/save the best for last (Michael Myers)
Survivor:
Decisive Strike - Lorie (The Michael Myers DLC)
The other great perks for survivor are free, like Spinechill, Sprint burst (Meg thomas), Dead hard (DAvid King), Unbreakable (Bill). DS is overrated anyways and won't help you against Mori Console killers that kill on 2nd down, 1 hook.
