Many of the older DLCs (excluding Stranger Things) are (or were) on sale on Epic, PSN, Xbox, Switch, and pretty much anywhere that isn’t Steam. But that’d require you owning the game on those platforms and then I assume using cross progression. Not an option for me.
I’m not interested in buying just licensed characters w/no extras for cells-a cost that’s often higher than buying the full chapters with often multiple characters + extras when the DLCs are on deep sale. I’ll wait.
All those DLC's I wanted are literally not on sale, I don't need 2+ years old killers and even some of those are not on sale right now.
