RINGU Power and Perks (Very Reasonable Speculation)
Update: I think based on what the Dev's said it might be a virus/curse that would have to be passed on to another survivor some how or something bad happens to you.

Perks have to be usable for every killer, I think Ive met that criteria. I really like what I came up with. The first perk is based off the trailer. That generator is complete but its regressing. Very interesting. I love the first perk. I think its fresh and new and we havent seen anything like that.

Power: Near every generator is a well or TV (maybe with in 15m or 10m). Teleport to any well or TV. When staring at a survivor within 10m, injure survivor after 3 seconds. OR kinda like the Trickster, she can stare at you and put ticks on you to injury you when enough have been accumulated. Kinda has a fear factor like Michael Myers and it plays into her theme which is once she arrives, the survivors runs away scared. We also know the devs have talked about her fear factor.

Perk 1: BEYOND CURSED - Once a generator is completed it explodes and automatically starts regression of generator for 30 seconds. During this time generator is not able to be repaired. This can only occur one time per gen.

Perk 2: NOT OF THIS WORLD - Anytime a generator is completed a thick, blinding fog rolls in a 32m area around the generator. ( The fog is thicc to where you cant see 5m in front of you ) OR Target a Generator and create a thick, blinding fog in a 32m area around it. (We could also have a Killer Instinct for any survivors in the fog.)

Perk 3: HEX: DEATH IN 7 DAYS - When a survivor cleanses this totem, after 70 seconds they will lose a health state and killer instinct will be visible to the Killer for 30 seconds.

What do you think? I think its decently balanced. Not overpowered at all. It also goes with her theme as most perks that come with a Killer do.

Perk 1 would never happen, could be linked to totem destruction, after a totem is destroyed beyond cursed activates and hits the next completed generator. But no way would they provide a perk that regresses completed gens, even if just once each.

Perk 2 not sure how that links into the ring, I don't ever remember "fogs" in the ring movies. Sounds out of place.

Perk 3 sounds interesting

I figured instead of having TV/wells near the gen, the gen would just have a TV on it. So like Freddy when he teleports he pukes out blood before appearing, but in this case water would seep out of the TV until Samara slides out of the TV to attack.

The other way they could go is have almost a blink attack, since Samara sort of blinks in and out of existence as she moves towards her victims in the movies.

We can tone down the Perk 1 to 15 seconds. Thats not OP. BEYOND CURSED!

perk two kinda from trailer at end where the static/fog comes in.

hmm, i just watched the original. never saw the american version. so idk about teleporting. the devs im thinking are might do some hot potato thing

No other ideas? I think the hot potato idea is viable, pass it on or die.
