I tried creating an account, linking it, checking the two permission boxes since it wouldn’t link, it STILL wouldn’t link after I did that, so I unchecked the permission boxes again until they fix it. Don’t know if it’s a bug or if the website just doesn’t like Steam Deck, but it’s annoying.

ETA: There’s currently a promotion on the opening screen (I’m guessing exclusively for people who haven’t created and linked a BHVR account yet), to link your account and get 4500 shards, so I created one and tried to link it to my Steam account, but it refuses to link or give me the shards.

Have you gone into the settings and turned on the "yes you can send me spam emails and sell my data" stuff? You can turn it off again once you've got the shards, but you have to turn it on.

Yep, tried that just to claim the shards, still wouldn’t link my account or grant me the shards, so I unchecked the boxes again.

I already have a linked BHVR account yet it still let me do the promotion, gave me the shards when I quit the game and came back

Anyone remembers a post when a person got this message way earlier (like couple of months ago maybe) and they were offered auric cells?

I guess they owe me like 100k auric cells then, everytime there is an announcement like this I try to link my account but I can't. Everytime I write to the support. Everytime I get there is nothing they can do.
