Vigil + Moment Of Glory
Does Vigil Affect Moment of Glory or Second Wind? Since Second wind makes you broken for 20 seconds and Vigil makes it 30% quicker so it would only have to be 6 seconds of being broken until you're healthy

The broken goes away quicker but I'm 95% sure the actual healing effect is on a set timer but try it

I only saw the broken status one time because I was escaping through endgame and not the heal but I'll see ty
