A new Killer and a new Survivor

I would like to see many things, but I would really love to see:

A Killer that is based on the Mongolian hero, Subutai Noyan. A dreaded but masterful general that erased entire nations with his magnificent strategy and ability. With a mountain of skulls to his name, you could surely make something fascinating with him. But I'll give an example of an ability I think would be cool.

Ability: Howl of Dread:

Makes all survivors scream, interrupting their actions, but doesn't reveal them.

I won't bother with Perks, cause we Killers have alllllll the perks we'll ever need...

But I would like to see a Survivor, particularly.. a Japanese or Iranian survivor, themed on the Iranian "Hashashin" or the Japanese "Shinobi" with dark clothing and perks that help survivors stay invisible to the killer. The Smoke Bomb we got in the Halloween Event would be great as a perk too!

if you post it in suggestions tab versus general they often read and listen , not always implement but they do read it there

I dont know if they read on the forum but before i got ban on the official forum i made a huge post about the boogeyman and how it would be nice to have him in the game with detail on how he would work and i posted that right before ph if i remember correctly 2 years later we had dredge with very little difference to what i have write ao i like to believe they take some idea in those post for future content.
