i dont understand the new killer

why would you make a pirate killer control dogs? even her visual design is a bit dumb to me she's just some old lady with burn marks, realistically about a quarter of the survivors in the game could easly overpower her, at least with the legion you could make the excuse that (in a lore sense) there are multiple of them.

well trapper has a creepy mask is giant and has a full ass machete wraith is holding the bloody skull and spine of his dead boss that he killed and is also very physically imposing, and billy is super loud super fast and has a chainsaw. i really shouldn't have to explain for most other killers

This. I feel like my disdain for Chucky would be significantly less if I could just drop-kick him across the map if he missed a hit or something. You can literally crush Victor, so why not?

NTM, half the survivor roster could take out most of the killers in this game if they were given their canon weapons/strength. Seems like an odd thing to complain about, tbh. But I also love the design of the new killer overall.

If you really want an explanation that fits well with the lore, here it is ; it's the Entity domain. If the Entity decides you are a prey, she will weaken you to the ground and if she decides you are a killer, she will strengthen you as needed.

All that matters is your intent (bloodlust, will to survive, fear, anger) and how it benefits the parasite being that is the Entity. As for the rest, she'll adjust reality as she needs.

This. It's even lampshaded with the new survivor, Taurie. She was born into an Entity-worshiping cult and trained her whole life to enter the Fog as a Killer, only to be summarily dumped at the campfire as a survivor once she finally managed to get the Entity's attention.

I don't really care for her, she's another killer that seems pretty darn mundane. Not really scary or unique looking or anything... Maybe some outfits in the future will make her look better.

For now she's just a big woman with a dog that wants to kill you, pirate is also a weird choice and she's certainly not someone I'd have in mind for such a thing. Peg legs, eyepatches, birds, pistols..

Honestly I think it would've been kind cool and kinda funny if it was a crossover with Pirates of the Carribean and the killer was skeleton Barbossa from Dead Man's Chest.

and in some cases the Entity even weaken the killers as there is literal gods among the killers. Would not be much of a trial against them.

I actually like playing the hag, but playing as.... uh.... chunky killers isn't really my thing.

Hag is rad and has the best outfits, including her default one.

I want my killers to be terrifying and imposing.

I do love the idea of the dog though.
