Latest Twitch drops doesn't show up?

The latest Twitch drops items seems not show up or unlock for me in the game:

I watch, I claimed and Twitch says I had them. I long connected my accounts, but still I didn't get them. No pop-up after earning them in DBD launch, can't find them in my invertory either. I know it's a common probleme, because I've read them. But for the current one anyone had issue claiming it? Or their is a common solution or simly contact BHVR?

When you watch the streams on twitch, on your twitch inventory there should be a thing to claim your items. After you claim them, it should become available when you boot up the game. You might have to login into your Behaviour account and make sure that its still connected to your twitch and current console you play on. Its possible you probably receiving the rewards on a different console if you haven't sync your accounts.
