so as a survivor and as a killer you can trap someone if you are smart and idk about you but I did that a few time and I feel like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so I make a note. fix this plz devs haha XD for killers maybe yes because it can be some type of a strategy if you do it right but for survivors trapping someone is just abuse. I believe if the survivor is standing still for a long time next to a survivor they should be able to just go though them or potentially if a survivor get a bird on top of their head they can just walk pass.

So devs have to fix survivors making a misplay? Even if you strike them you lose collision for a few seconds so they can run through you anyway with the exception of say Trapper who can set them in a trap then down them but this is their fault for making a bad play.

Arbitrarily body blocking a survivor is against the rules, but body blocking them for a purpose is not.

For example, I play Plague, and when I catch someone in a corner I puke on them until they're broken, then I hit them. That's not abuse. That's the survivor being punished for putting themselves in a disadvantageous position.

happen to me I did it too never got punish never seen someone got punish. again I am not talking about killers doing that because survivor played stupid.

I believe this falls under griefer. I seen a nea trap a survivor while they were breaking a totem, And wouldn't move and the guy dc'd in her face. Pretty funny, But im sure he got a timer for it. But it was scummy for the Nea to do it. We lost the game for it, But still.

One the worst and best experiences I had was a group of two friends pinning me in the spawn in The Game when I tried to do a totem, and they left me unable to move until I got the afk crows. I was getting tilted and about to leave the game when Bing Bong arrives behind them and proceeds to slug them until they bleed out, then we farmed gens together :) Never been so happy to hear those footsteps.

I think it would be appropriate if survivors are blocking like this then they get the crows and the killer gets shown their auras. Can even give the blocked survivor endurance effect as well.

Or of course just allow survivors to phase through each other when they've been trapped for some duration..

If you do it for long enough, it is bannable for both killer and survivor doing this if it's not during EGC (as EGC will eventually end).

So... if you played killer and did this during the game for a few minutes. Well, then you just broke the rules, as this is considered griefing and holding the game hostage! I highly recommend not doing this for longer than a few seconds.

This goes for both Survivor and Killer. You say it's not a problem for Killer to do so, but it is. It is bannable for both sides if it goes on for a few minutes and isn't happening during EGC. If you trap a Survivor in a corner as a Killer, the Survivor can't leave. They're stuck, until you move away.
