DBD Connection Issues all of a sudden?

Past week or so of Playing Dead By Daylight.. it's been causing my PC to freeze up, for a good... 1 minute? or around. its getting tedious and pathetic, I'm aware they BHVR moved DBD to UE5 a while ago.. and I had no problems whatsoever, but like I'm saying, as of recent.. I'm having problems with the game, DAILY. And everytime I'm getting DC'd, I'm being timed out.. going higher.. and higher.. and higher. clearly something recently has changed in the game, and done something of the sort. Meanwhile I'm being punished for the game Disconnecting me. Surely they can tell the difference between someone quitting and being DC'd, and someone being Disconnected while still in the game.. I've narrowed all this down to DBD, as its the only thing causing this. I've even closed EVERY app that's open usually.. it lasted a few hours, and back to freezing up again. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts or if they're Dealing with the same problem, and hopefully the DEVs will have a look into this.

I'm having continuous BSOD/game crashes for a week and a half. I sent a ticket and any of the solutions they propose are useful. More people are having these problems.

In my case, I've had this since Lara and 2vs8 mode came into DBD.

I've tried doing Shaders before, and it went so horribly, I'd prefer to just keep the game the way it is.. though I'm not too sure yet if this is a Performance problem on my / our end, it seems more with the game.
