PC Gamepass cross progression?

Hi all, not sure if anybody but bhvr knows for sure but will my progress from the PC Microsoft Store version of DBD (via Gamepass) allow my progress to carry over onto Steam?

The FAQ does not address this situation very well, especially since i have also played on Xbox console under the same account as PC Gamepass, and made much more progress on PC than console, so not sure if the account linking will sync both or just my xbox console progress. I’ve bought all my DLC on PC Gamepass, and technically dont “own” the game on Microsoft Store, just via PC gamepass ultimate.

Yes, it will carry over. The only platform where there are any issues is switch.

Can confirm that this cross progression in this situation worked for me without any hiccups. Only thing I had to do was go to my Behavior Account, game library tab, and scroll down to individually link my Microsoft Store, Xbox, and Steam progress. So long as you can open the game on any version of DBD and can connect your account to Behavior, your progress should carry over, even if you played, made progress, and/or bought dlc while using gamepass.
