Scene partner with hardened

Anyone has any idea why the combination of these 2 perks doesn't work???

It probably doesn’t because scene partner doesn’t work if you don’t scream and hardened makes it so you literally can’t scream if the perk is on

It works with dramaturgy.
The perk only says if you would scream, shows the aura instead. Screaming is not really a condition for the perk to activate if I'm right.

Cleanse a totem and open a chest then the perk turns on for the rest of the match. While it’s on any time you would scream it’s silent (like calm spirit) and you see the killers aura for 5 seconds

Scene partner activates in the killers terror radius. When you look in the killers direction with clear line of sight (like spine chill) you scream and then see the killers aura for 5 seconds with a chance of extra screams adding 2 seconds each. Hardened mutes your screams and lets you read the killers aura instead. You’re just cancelling one out for the exact same effect lol

but you are negating the scream so he does not hear you but year its basically pointless to waste two perk slots when there is several more useful aura perks.
