I can see people hating absolutely all of them once they go into the live branch. At least they don't suck but they are still a combination of everything that has been annoying players with previous perks all in one chapter.

most of the new survivor perks aare bad so no complaints, but considering the killer perks require survivors to put efort into the game we'll see more prissy survivor mains whining

There are always people complaining. If a player is happy, the chance is way less that he will give positive feedback. So you may think that a lot of players are hating.

Tbh I am not a fan of any of the new perks. They are all perks slightly altered that we already have in game.

It's nice that BHVR adds more gen protection perks for killers, but I'm kinda tired of perks which stop survivors from doing gens. It's literally the only objective that survivors have, since BHVR keeps failing in adding new objectives for them. So all they can do is sit in a corner or die, which makes the game so boring.

That hook perk is like BBQ, but instead of seeing all survivors right when hooking, you see them if someone gets unhooked..great..

& the survivor perks are just meh too. Who even wants a boon that grants you 2% haste? Just bring Sprintburst with you & you're better off. The aura reading perk is literally a reversed Empathy from Claudette

The haste boon will be just like circle of healing. Insanely powerful when used by SWFs and trash when used by players in solo queue. Not sure why they're continuing to buff SWF gameplay. The problem with the new perk will be on multi level maps like The Game, RPD, etc.

To be fair, I never liked bbq because the auras are visible for a really short time plus it has a range limit, the new perk has no limit at least.

None of the perks seem that great TBH.

-Boon Dark Theory is bully squad perk that is set up for shack, jungle gym or a strong main building but for most players it will do nothing.
-Emphathetic connection might've had room as auto-didact pair before CoH existed, nobody is going to run it in current DBD.
-Parental Guidance is probably best perk from the patch that can help you actually escape chase with high walls or corn for example.

-BBQ on scourge hook is absolute joke of a perk. Nobody will ever run it.
-Call of Brine requires you to actually kick gen so at best it's exclusive perk for Wraith and M1lly. Since survivors can love tap to stop that regression, base regression being so bad and kick animation taking time that most killers have no space for this. You might pair this if you take pop, but even then the value you gain from the passive regression is questionable and you'd likely have better perks available.
-Merciless storm... Like do devs actually think anybody runs this chit? Most people will have no problem hitting those checks and it's once per generator if it even activates. You would be playing for tight 3 gen from start if you were ever going to get value out of this perk.
