Easy Anti-Cheat not installed

Every time i boot up the game since the new patch, there is an error that says anti chat not installed and it boots me out. Anyone else having this problem?

No but what i think, did dbd has a anti-cheat system? When yes its very bad.

I have the exact same problem, all game files are verified but the game's still not running correctly

same, eac client issue. uninstalled and reinstalled. Also verified files. cant get past it

Verify game files. If that doesn't work, try this;
Library > DBD > Properties > Installed files > EasyAntiCheat > Open the installer > Click the "Fix" button on the middle (Could be called something else)

This is what i usally do when i get an EAC error. Speaking EAC errors, seems like a new one got released with this update, after 2-3 games i started to get an error saying something along the lines of "EAC failed to validate your account" while kicking me out when i'm about to load into a match.

Same problem and it is not the first time that the anti cheat is making the game completely unplayable... zzz....

I took Judgement's advice, managed to update the game. so far, no issues
