there's no perk from shrine of secrets

1 day i bought Surge from shrine of secrets and recently i bough clown and there's no Surge in his perks list, why? how does it work?

Don't you have to unlock for each character through the bloodweb, even if you buy from the shrine?

Maybe if you buy it a second time, everyone will start at level 1 automatically.

it should be on all ur killers Tier 1 if is that what u bought

I thought after the update buying from the shrine was like P1,P2,P3 on one perk
so shrine is still same as before, its only teachables not unlocked?

Did you buy it from the shrine before the return of Stranger Things? I know there were a lot of people who reported ST perks disappearing they bought from the shrine after the return of the chapter.

You could not buy that perk from the shrine as it was universal perk and free after they lost the licence. Now that its back you need to get the perk from the shrine to be able to unlock it to killers you did not unlock it before.

yes i do and i upgraded clown to 3 tier, but there isn't any demogorgon perk on it

im searching his perks in bloodweb but there's only addons. i have all 3 lvl perks but demogorgons

You will have to unlock and prestige Demogorgon in order to continue leveling up its perks.

All perks from Demogorgon, Steve and Nancy were made universal upon the Stranger Things license being removed from the game. However, now that the license is back, these perks are also locked as teachables again.

If you had them unlocked prior to the return of the license, you still have them but cannot upgrade them until you prestige the associated character at least once.
