Keep in mind it is a +10% to the ALREADY EXISTING HASTE EFFECT.
This means it will make you faster than the killer for 30 seconds. People are going to use it to avoid getting tunnel'd OR to take free protection hits for their teammates.
there is 0 problem making babysitter actually good since its a dumpster perk right now, making a viable anti tunnel tool you can apply to your team like BT is the best outcome possible
killers need to be punished for tunneling instead an easy gg 4k because solo queue teammates, BT and babysitter will finally allow people to get to play the game more
Besides that, slugging is still a thing too? If you really want to tunnel someone out and they managed to hide thanks to this perk, just start slugging the others in order to force them out of hiding. They will need to help the team recover if you can get 2 slugs, which gets you back on track to tunnel them out.
Not trying to give ideas, but killers have been doing this since forever, this is nothing new to toxic playstyles and won't change a thing imo
Really good teams will want the killer to try to tunnel their best looper. Usually that one survivor that comes right to you and is trying to lure you away from everyone else, then leads you on a merry chase for 2-3 minutes while everyone else knocks out gens.
I don't have an issue with babysitter (it is part of my general build even when I solo-queue), and this won't change anything for me when I play killer.
Against lower skill survivors. Those who are really good at looping will keep the killer at a favorable loop or structure for as long as possible. Just holding 'w' makes them an easy target and will bring the killer to other survivors.
That might work if they know they're not running to other survivors and the killer is slow (or just bad at anticipating). But there are plenty of killers that won't work against.
