Ultimate Weapon was changed to the PTB version with today's update, so the aura reading text is correct.

The changes mentioned in the most recent Dev Update will happen in a future update.

I think you should kill swich the perk. From the get go its not a perk you intend to keep. So giving the perk another rework next patch or the patch after will feel bad. If you let player use that version of the perk and will open the door to a lot of hate toward bhvr. That just the opinion of a single player so it dont mean much.

It currently should so the auras of Survivors, as mentioned in the 7.7.0 Patch Notes :)
