Dead Hard Problem

Does anybody here having a bug with dead hard where you already pressed the button and got the exhausted status but still get downed by the killer ?

i run to these problem so many times, does anybody have an explanation ????????????????????

You are protected for only 0.5 seconds, so it's very easy to mistime it. If the killer has higher ping (or you do) it fails more often than it succeeds too. Using the perk always inflicts you with Exhausted, even if the killer just waits it out and hits you a second later.

if you have deep wound it doesn't work like any endurance effect

Either you miss the timing (it's only 0.5 seconds, after all, so it does require practice to hit it correctly) or you're already in Deep Wound, in which case Dead Hard will trigger, make you exhausted, but NOT protect you since you're already wounded.

Missed the timing / lagged out / decade old bug with deadhard that would get you exhausted without gaining any benefits from the perk is back.
