Using deliverance puts you into the BROKEN status, and thus second wind (renewal) will not activate.
Adrenaline will work.. But if second wind heals you, what's the point of adrenaline? The speed boost? You'd have better luck with a different exhaustion perk.
Adrenaline isn't reliable, as the gens don't always get done. And if they do, it might be poorly timed for you.
So for example you deliverance away, it's like 90 seconds broken, second wind is about 20 seconds, that means you get healed but you still broken so the skill fails (i don't know if you lose the stack) all i know is that by the time deliverance broken status is gone you need to get hooked again to use second wind again meaning the skill will only proc 1 in the entire game asuming you manage to use your deliverance.
I would recommend you removing deliverance from the equation, it's only good in SWF imo, because you tell them to stay doing gens because you will release yourself whenever you feel like. In solo they will probably farm you removing your perk.
Also if you're on your first hook and you deliverance when they finished the last gen, it will still block the adrenaline heal because you're broken. Broken status has priority over any healing perk, adrenaline in this build will only work if you're downed then you resurrect yourself with adrenaline, but you're still broken no matter what.
