BHVR merely have permission to use the song in their game, you do not have permission to further publish it by having it play in a video, for the same reason you would get a copyright strike if you played the song as background music doing anything not even related to the game.
Your only option is to disable copyrighted music as the above comment said. And this is far from the only game this applies to.
WMG in particular is known to be incredibly heavy handed on youtube strikes, even at times incorrectly striking content that doesn't even contain their music.(it's all automated)
Yeah, I'll probably try the toggle thing, but I still think that under fair use, I can use it especially if its my game play, oh well. Thanks.
yup, will probably disable it while I play, but I thought the purchase of the tshirts with the logo gave me some rights to play like any other songs. I'll see if using the logo tshirts will create a copyright strike, if so, my Survivors and Killers are gonna change tshirts and put them in the washer/dryer. Thanks for your comment.
yes, will contact them and find out why, but they are nearly impossible to get a hold of, they hide behind their network of pages and videos like behind closed doors but, we shall see if they respond to my query. Thanks.
