In terms of fun: xeno. U will suffer less coz he's stronger
Both lose to good survivor and one of them can be a bit more frustrating to play as against good survivor because they can cancel your power with turret so goh always need addon that help against turret.
Xeno - Similar map pressure but you actually travel instead of teleport, flame turrets will piss you off, tail attack has a weird hitbox but is absolutely brutal for punishing windows and pallets, footsteps are incredibly strong info for free
Xeno is just a ton of fun, I definitely recommend it. Alien Instinct is possibly my favorite perk in the game, showing me an injured survivor when I hook someone and giving them oblivious for 20 seconds. Xeno is very quiet with no terror radius and you will sneak up on so many people.
The Xenomorph's tunnels are in preset places & permanent; but are visible from the get-go to Survivors to be mindful of and avoid.
The Xenomorph's Unique perks (Alien Instinct, Ultimate Weapon, and Rapid Brutality) are more geared toward stealth, locating, and chase.
The Demogorgon has to place their portals, but they can be placed most anywhere, and portals are not visible (or breakable) to Survivors until they are used to enter or exit the Upside Down. Because of this, you can put a portal down in a spot Survivors are not likely to go to (areas w/o gens directly nearby, etc), and catch them by surprise later.
The Demogorgon's perks (Mindbreaker, Cruel Limits, and Surge) focus on momentarily hindering Survivors, and nearby generator repair progress.
And as far as cosmetics... both are very solid, though I may lean a smidge towards Xenomorph for a few of theirs.
My favorite killers are billy and clown.
stranger things is pretty good tho.
And xeno just crawl in tunnel and rise out to ambush makes some great scares
