Game is stuck at initializing Shaders

you have to wait, your computer is loading everything cuz new graphic engine.

Yeah the first time it wants to load the shaders it’ll take a few mins and your computer will chug but any time you fire up the game after that it’ll load up fine

The game started working?

Using "-dx11" gets me passed the loading screen, but the game stops responding after the intro scene.
