I have been putting this as a thought for quite a while and have been thinking of perks and ability custom music and such and am now thinking why the hell haven't i made it a suggestion and well here i am

Cartoon Cat is very Creepy, but has 0 background. Therefore there are no templates, regarding the abilities. For very creative developers this would be a pro, but for others a contra.
But it would be a nice clown mask ;)
In general, many CreepyPasta characters would make good skins (for example Jeff the Killer as Legion)

When Your In The Presense Of A Survivor It Fills Them With Fear. The Survivor Will Be Affected With The Fright Status Effect When They Are Within (12m/24m/36m) Of You

Perk 2: Hex: Can't Outrun Death
Survivors Will Use Items (5%/10%/15%) Slower When Your Carrying A Survivor And Will Bleed (15%/30%/50%) More Than Normal

One Survivor Will Be The Obsession On The Start Of The Trial When The Obsession Is Not Within (48m/40m/36m) Of A Another Survivor And In A Chase You Grow With Strength And Will Be Undetectable By All Survivors Except For The Obsession, The Obsession Will Be Affected By Both The Blind Status Effect And Will Their Aura Will Be Revealed To You For (4s/8s/12s) There Can Only Be One Obsession At A Time

New Status Effect: Fright
When You Are Affected By This You Will Move Slower And Be 10% Louder While Doing Stealthy Actions, Breathing Will Also Be 15% Louder When In The Presense Of Another Survivor This Status Effect Will Not Take Effect
