Question about survivor hurt noises/sloppy butcher
I noticed I'm finding a lot of my victims from their grunts of pain, is this a generic thing due to them already being injured by a melee attack or are they making extra noise due to bleeding/haemorrhaging due to being hit by sloppy butcher?

They make noise when injured, regardless of Sloppy Butcher. Some survivors are a little louder than others and perks can affect the noise made by survivors when injured, but it doesn't have anything to do with mangled or hemorrhage.

Strider is a The Nurse perk that increases survivors injured sounds and only that from what I know

Not just "some survivors are a little louder than others". Some survivors are extremely loud (like Jane, Jeff, Haddie) while some are unusually quiet (like Ace, Ada). And I'm not even mentioning the volume level of breathing when running, screams from falling from a height and when receiving a "healthy to injured state" *or Endurance hit (for example, Rebecca has a very long-ass moan, which additionally helps the killers determine your direction when you run away). I know that the developers mentioned somewhere that “they are aware of this problem and are thinking about what to do about it,” so in the next couple of years they will finally pay attention to this. Hope for the best.
