--This is Not Happening to make the great skill check zone easier to hit.
--Built to Last; bring a Commodious Toolbox with extra duration add-ons. Faster repair means more skill checks, and build to last makes it last 150+ charges.
its not that difficult to accomplish once your prepped
20 stacks of Potential Energy + 4 Stacks of Stake-out + Toolbox BNP counts as a free stack
You are guaranteed 5 procs of Hyperfocus when fully prepped
It is the strongest repair build in the game
I'm almost always running it to offset SoloQ's gen speeds.
It's really not hard to hit great skill checks, especially if you run this build long enough to get used to it. I've managed to keep max stacks quite a few times.
