Anniversary sales question for players

This will be my first dbd anniversary and I know a lot of items for auric cells were on sale last year so I have some plans but I want to know if the past years the prices for shards were also cut for example for characters or cosmetics, whatever?

Shards price was never discounted for cosmetics.

In the past they did 50% off on shards price for characters. Now the base price is lowered for the old characters, it's possible they'll be discounted for the anniversary.
