Dedicated server not responding

I restarted the game already and I still can't load it. What's wrong?

Maybe the game it´s not up-to-date?! Happened to me recently.
What I did and worked for me:
Closed and Started Steam.
Verifyed game files and after that launched the game without issues.

I just restarted laptop and it started working lmfao

This message occasionally pops up since like 3 years and probably even longer.

It was especcially bad in january or february this year. Its on the servers from BHVR, not on you.

Yes but it´s quite rare and clicking OK it goes away, the game runs normally. When it continues to happen it´s most likely of corrupted game files or EAC but Steam Servers sometimes can make us lose connection to game servers as they are connected through our accounts too.

Except when it is not rare and it does happen extremely regularly to many people like it was in the first view months of this year, just to be followed up by all the rubber banding and strobing issiues. Thats not steams fault, thats BHVR servers. It has been their servers for years.

And yes in the normal case scenario, if we ignore the bad start of this year, then it does happen rarely, but always when you were about to gain a pip or did a hard challenge. And then all of the progress is nullified because the servers hiccup. Nedless to say other PvP games i used to play never had sudden disconnects that didnt come from my end. Because they upgrade their server capacity from time to time.

You also know that sometimes those disconnections were and still happen because someone decides to Lag Switch and the server ends up crashing so it´s hard to say if the disconnect mid game was actually from the Behavior servers themselves to go on faillure.
Sure the game servers are not perfect and like you said that phase from the last year to the start of this year was the worst but maybe it´s correct to also blame those players that are messing with the servers normal functions.
Either way I honestly hope they can figure things out and fix it asap and for good.

I litteraly said " AND on the main page" which means the official BHVR website. Ive had threads about this a dozen times by now and they have all been ignored by the mods and devs.
